Shipping and Returns

PERMITTED REFUNDS

  • We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • We reserve the right not to accept a return if the item has been damaged, worn, marked, stamped, or is out of print. Items must be in a resalable condition. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Defective items or misprints – Any item purchased directly from the GSO that is defective or misprinted can be replaced, or a refund issued. Please promptly contact us (021) 595 4508 with details of the product and the specific defect(s). We reserve the right not to accept a defective or misprinted item which is worn.
  • Credit to the original form of payment is applied once the item or image has been received with proof of purchase. Credit includes original shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

RETURNS

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

We make use of The Courier Guy overnight service for all our courier services and a flat rate of R110-00 is charged to anywhere within South Africa.

  • All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, driver limitations or other events outside of our control.
  • Delivery and processing will typically take between 3-5 business days upon reflection of payment, this does not include Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. This means shipments will go out from Monday to Thursday excluding all public holidays.
  • Orders that may be subject to incorrect billing information or require additional verification will be delayed.
